Our client, a successful Atlantic Canadian multi-branch civil consulting engineering firm, is seeking an established professional engineer with proven leadership and business development skills to lead a team of 10 with a focus on developing business.

Located in beautiful picturesque Bathurst, New Brunswick, this is a hands-on role in a very successful branch. This award winning company is growing and has a very positive corporate culture.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual registered Professional Engineer (civil) in the Province of New Brunswick with 10 to 15 years of broad-based experience in managing civil projects. This could be either as a consulting engineer or on the construction side, or a combination of both.

With a proven background, the people skills and management capabilities, the ideal candidate will ensure the branch attracts and retains the right people, implements efficient processes, and has the ability to get out into the market and drum up business.
