Executive Assistant, Location: Dartmouth, NS

Work directly with the owner.

Our client, a successful Dartmouth based entrepreneur has grown his company Canada wide both organically and via acquisition, is seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly for him.

The company manufactures, distributes and services industrial supplies through 12 branches across the country.

Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for the seamless support for the day-to-day business activities as well as a variety of EA work assignments and special projects. Financial analysis and report generating using Excel and Crystal Report Writer will be an important component of the role.

The ideal candidate will have a Community College Diploma/Certificate coupled with a minimum of five years of professional business experience in a similar EA role. This position requires a professional who upholds a high level of discretion and judgment when handling confidential information and possesses exceptional organization and communication skills. This individual will have above average skills in operating Microsoft Office and Crystal Reports; as well as the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Not to mention an eye for detail!
