Allister Nauss is a hands-on recruitment professional. His expertise with both operations and recruitment provides his clients with measurable results. Throughout his career, Al’s strategic approach to recruitment and his continued focus on relationships, coupled with his broad network has proven to be invaluable in attracting new talent for clients.
Al holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Human Resources from Saint Mary’s University; has been a successful entrepreneur as co-owner of his own employment services company and has held senior positions in the automotive, operations management, construction, and recruitment industries. His previous experience includes union negotiations and he successfully integrated a diversity workforce plan for women, Aboriginals, African-Canadians and new Canadians for his company. Al is a member of the Nova Scotia Construction Safety Association and is Past President (Atlantic Chapter) of the Association of Canadian Employment & Staffing Services.
